Getting started is easy. You have several choices: you can fill out an online credit application, you can contact us and we will fill out the application with you over the telephone, we can email the application to you or you can print the application and fax it to us.

After we have recieved your application our processing department will verify all information on the application and access the credit rating agency. The processing department works very quickly, one of our representatives will contact you within the hour with the lease quote and, if needed, a request for additonal information. Depending on the size of the transaction and the time in business some or all of the following financial information may be requested:

• Two years business tax returns
• Two years persoanl tax returns
• 3 months business bank statments-summary page only
• Most recent interim financial statements
• Copy of business license or Articles of Incorporation

Because MT Corporation offers a vast array of leasing programs we can not know what, if any, information beyond the application will be requested until our processing department reviews the application. In most cases, the requested information is less than what is listed here.
