This charismatic Polar Bear ice cream truck is just waiting for a chance to prove itself!  Purchased over 2 years ago the present owner just could not get it together to put this little gem into full fledge operation.  It periodically worked the streets last summer and was a big hit were ever it was taken; birthday parties, Day care opening, sales promotions, private parties.  The van was customized for the trade and includes:
